Working On:
- Wellness: actively working to maintain a healthy mine, body, and soul. Focusing on sleep, nutrition, exercise, and managing stress in an effort to reach peak performance. I did take recreational activities, which put me out in the community and getting fit, but because of lack of time, I haven’t been exercising as much as I should be or eating as healthy as I should.
- Gratitude: showing appreciation for to others and for ones opportunities. I have shown gratitude by helping my peers with their SLPs as much as I can, but I think I can help them more by getting a bit more involved.
- Grit: persevering despite difficulties; finishing what is started; working independently with focus and intensity. In Physics, sometimes I have trouble persevering despite difficulties. I wouldn’t consider this completely a weakness, just a habit of mind I have trouble showing in some classes
- Zest: participating enthusiastically and passionately; invigorating others
